Virtual Special Education Teaching Position | Cleveland, OH Area Educator Needed

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team in a fully remote capacity, serving students in the Cleveland, Ohio area. As a Special Education Teacher, you will work with diverse learners to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes academic success and personal growth.

 Position Overview
The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs), collaborating with general education teachers, and providing specialized instruction to students with various learning needs.

 Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver specialized instruction tailored to meet individual student needs
- Develop, implement, and maintain IEPs in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Monitor and document student progress through data collection and assessment
- Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive practices
- Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress
- Participate in virtual team meetings and professional development opportunities
- Utilize educational technology and remote learning platforms effectively

 Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid teaching license with Special Education endorsement
- Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience in a school setting
- Proficiency in using educational technology and virtual learning platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with IEP development and implementation
