Virtual Special Education Teacher | Austin, TX | Dynamic Remote Position

We are seeking an experienced Special Education Teacher to provide exceptional remote instruction to students with diverse learning needs. This role combines the convenience of working from home with the opportunity to make a lasting difference in students' educational journeys.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Deliver engaging virtual instruction using innovative teaching methods
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers and support staff
- Track and evaluate student progress using data-driven approaches
- Foster strong relationships with students and families
- Lead virtual IEP meetings and participate in professional development
- Create and modify digital learning materials for diverse learners

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid Texas teaching license with Special Education endorsement
- Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience
- In-depth understanding of special education regulations
- Expert knowledge of virtual learning platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Skills:
- Prior virtual teaching experience
