Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Henderson, KY. This opportunity allows you to provide exceptional patient care in a supportive environment while exploring the charm of Kentucky.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients requiring continuous cardiac telemetry.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Analyze and interpret telemetry readings, identifying and reporting abnormalities.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families about their condition and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and progress.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Kentucky or eligibility to obtain.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a telemetry unit.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
