Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN) for a travel assignment in Fayetteville, North Carolina. As a Tele RN, you will provide high-quality care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families on care plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and care provided

Requirements:
- Active RN license in North Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Telemetry setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel
