Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by preparing and passing instruments.
• Maintain a sterile field and ensure adherence to infection control protocols.
• Prepare operating rooms and surgical equipment for procedures.
• Monitor and anticipate the needs of the surgical team during operations.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Current CST certification from NBSTSA 
• Minimum of 2 years of recent surgical technologist experience.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and instrumentation.
• BLS certification required.
• Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
