Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel contract in Greenville, NC. This is a great opportunity for a qualified RN to enhance their skills in a fast-paced hospital environment while exploring everything Greenville has to offer.

Job Overview:

As a Stepdown RN on this travel contract, you will provide high-quality care to patients transitioning from ICU-level care. You’ll work 12-hour night shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.) and monitor patients, manage medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver optimal outcomes. This position requires RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patient condition, vital signs, and responses to treatment
• Administer medications and IV infusions as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and update patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on care and recovery processes
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during the transition from ICU care

Requirements:

• Active RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS required
• Navy blue scrubs required
• 13-week commitment
• Previous hospital Stepdown experience required
• Flexibility for night shifts (6:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.)
