Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel contract in Evansville, Indiana. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, progressive care unit (PCU), providing specialized care for patients transitioning from ICU-level care.

Job Overview:
As a Stepdown RN on this travel contract, you will be responsible for monitoring patients with moderate to high acuity levels who require closer observation than those in a regular medical-surgical unit. Working 3x12-hour night shifts, you’ll be part of a dynamic care team in a supportive and well-equipped facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care for patients in the Stepdown/PCU unit, monitoring vitals and responding to changes in condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and assist with patient recovery plans.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Indiana (or compact license).
• At least 1 year of recent experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
• BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
