Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to Stepdown patients, monitoring their condition and reporting changes to the medical team.

• Document patient care and progress accurately and timely.

Requirements:

• Active RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Stepdown or Intermediate Care experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
