Job Overview:

As a Nuclear Medicine Tech on this travel contract in Charleston, SC, you will work 5x8 hour shifts (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) from Monday to Friday with no holiday or on-call requirements. The unit performs PETCT scans twice a month on Saturdays, and you may be required to work one or two Saturdays depending on the unit's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality nuclear medicine imaging procedures in a timely manner.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout each scan.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide accurate diagnostic results.
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Shift Details:

• Shift: 5x8 hours (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday)
• No holidays or on-call requirements
• Weekend Requirement: May be required to work 1-2 Saturdays a month for PETCT scans, depending on unit needs.

Requirements:

• Active Nuclear Medicine Tech certification (ARRT or NMTCB).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent nuclear medicine experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
