Job Description:  
We are seeking an experienced Stepdown RN for a travel assignment in Louisville, Kentucky. As a Stepdown RN, you will provide high-level care to patients who are transitioning from intensive care.

Responsibilities:  
- Monitor and assess patients in the Stepdown unit  
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed  
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans  
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and care provided  
- Provide support and education to patients and their families  

Requirements:  
- Active RN license in Kentucky  
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Stepdown or Progressive Care experience  
- BLS and ACLS certifications  
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills  
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities  
- Willingness to travel
