Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Stepdown Registered Nurse (Stepdown RN) for a travel assignment in Greenville, NC. This role provides an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care within a progressive stepdown unit in a leading healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:  
- Provide comprehensive care to patients requiring close monitoring and intervention.  
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and update care plans as needed.  
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care.  
- Educate and support patients and their families, ensuring understanding of treatment and recovery processes.  
- Document and maintain accurate patient records, following unit protocols.

Qualifications:  
- Active RN license in North Carolina or ability to obtain.  
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Stepdown experience.  
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.  
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
