Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (Rehab RN) for a travel assignment in Wausau, WI. This is a great opportunity to work in a leading healthcare facility while helping patients regain their independence and strength.  

Responsibilities:  
- Provide specialized nursing care to patients recovering from surgery, injury, or illness.  
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.  
- Administer medications, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.  
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and strategies for continued care.  
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.  

Qualifications:  
- Active Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin or eligibility to obtain.  
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in rehabilitation nursing.  
- BLS certification required.  
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills.
