Soliant Health is seeking an experienced PCU RN for a role in Knoxville, TN. This opportunity is perfect for a nurse with prior experience in Cardiac Stepdown, ICU, or Stepdown settings who is ready to provide specialized care to progressive care patients.

Job Overview:

As a PCU RN in Knoxville, TN, you’ll play a critical role in providing specialized care to high-acuity patients. This role includes a regular weekend requirement, floating as needed, and an RN-to-patient ratio of 1:4-6, ensuring patients receive quality attention and care.

Key Details:

• Patient Ratio: 1:4-6
• Float Requirement: Required
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend or 2 weekends per month
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years, with Cardiac Stepdown or ICU/SD experience preferred

Requirements:

• Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS-AHA)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS-AHA)
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Licensure: Current RN license in Tennessee or compact license
• Experience: 2-3 years preferred in Cardiac Stepdown or ICU/SD settings
