Position Overview:
As a Pediatric RN, you will provide exceptional care to children and adolescents in various healthcare settings. Your expertise and compassionate approach will support young patients and their families during critical times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care for pediatric patients.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate effectively with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Educate patients’ families on treatment plans, medication use, and care practices.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
• Stay updated on advancements in pediatric nursing to ensure the best possible care.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in North Carolina or eligibility for state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• BLS and PALS certifications required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Compassionate demeanor with a patient-first approach.
