Job Description:  
As a Travel Palliative Care RN, you will provide specialized care to patients with serious, life-limiting illnesses. Your role involves managing pain and symptoms, offering emotional support, and working closely with patients and their families to ensure comfort and quality of life.

Responsibilities:  
- Assess and manage patients' symptoms and pain  
- Develop and implement individualized care plans  
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families  
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive palliative care  
- Educate patients and families about treatment options and care strategies  
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress

Requirements:  
- Active RN license  
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg experience required
- Palliative care / Hospice experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of palliative care principles and practices  
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team  
- Willingness to travel
