Position Overview:
As an MT/MLT, you’ll play a vital role in performing and interpreting diagnostic tests, ensuring accurate and timely results that guide patient care. This position offers a chance to work in a supportive environment with cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and other samples.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze test results and report findings to physicians promptly.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of lab activities.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality diagnostic services.
• Stay informed about advancements in laboratory science and technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field (MT).
• Associate degree in Clinical Laboratory Technology or equivalent (MLT).
• ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
