• Educate patients and families about ongoing care and discharge instructions.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Indiana (or compact state license).
• BLS certification (required).
• 2+ years of Med Surg nursing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
