Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patient families regarding care plans and progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Michigan.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
