Travel Inpatient Pharmacist Opportunity Pediatric Patient Population - Rice Lake, WI

We are seeking an experienced inpatient pharmacist for a rewarding 13-week travel assignment in Rice Lake, WI, with the potential for extension.

Start Date: 12/30
End Date: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM (4x10-hour shifts), Every Other Weekend (EOW)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of recent inpatient pharmacy experience
EMR: EPIC
Patient Population: Pediatric patients

Licensure/Experience Requirements:

• Candidates with a pending Wisconsin license under the Act10 temporary licensure will be considered.
• Must be willing to apply for a full Wisconsin license during the assignment.
• Inpatient Pharmacy experience, required 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient pharmacy services for pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Manage medication therapy, including dispensing, clinical consultation, and monitoring.
• Utilize EPIC for medication order processing and documentation.
