• Position Overview:
  This is a contract position for an Emergency Room RN within a busy Emergency Department (ED), where you will play a crucial role in patient care. The ED demands quick, skilled response and decision-making for a range of emergency scenarios, often under intense pressure. The RN must be ready to address the needs of patients of all ages and diverse health conditions.

• Responsibilities:
• Provide rapid, expert care for patients experiencing medical emergencies.
• Utilize specialized training to handle various trauma situations requiring immediate and critical response.
• Prioritize and assess both physical and mental health needs to deliver timely, life-saving interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure high standards of care.

• Schedule: Available shifts include Days, Mids, and Nights, providing flexibility to accommodate different schedules.

• Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced ED setting is essential. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and prioritization skills are necessary for handling the unique demands of the ED.
• Certifications: Current RN licensure and required certifications in emergency nursing care.
