Position Overview:
As an ER RN, you will be on the front lines of patient care, providing critical, life-saving treatment to individuals in urgent need. This role requires quick thinking, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage, assess, and stabilize patients in emergency situations.
• Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes rapidly.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families during stressful situations.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing (Pennsylvania license or compact license).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC is a plus).
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
