Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled first-assist support during cardiovascular surgical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field, ensuring compliance with surgical protocols.
• Assist in suturing, hemostasis, and other intraoperative tasks as directed by the surgeon.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Certifications: AHA BLS, NBSTSA
• Minimum of 3 years of recent cardiovascular operating room experience.
• Trauma I or II experience 
• Strong attention to detail, technical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
