Soliant Health is currently hiring an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a 13-week travel contract assignment in Watertown, New York. This position offers flexibility with shifts, as you can choose from days, evenings, or nights (3x12 hour shifts per week). Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient care needs in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in line with physician orders.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes or emergencies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and empathetic care environment for all patients.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of [X years] of recent ER experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to manage high-stress situations.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations in an emergency room setting.
