Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a travel assignment in Lebanon, NH. Join a dedicated surgical team in a state-of-the-art medical facility while exploring the scenic beauty of New Hampshire’s Upper Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures by setting up sterile instruments and equipment.
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and anticipating needs.
• Ensure sterile technique and maintain a safe surgical environment.
• Perform counts of sponges, needles, and instruments to prevent retained surgical items.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and equipment usage.

Requirements:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential.
• Active New Hampshire state license (or ability to obtain one).
• Previous experience in operating room settings, including general and specialty surgeries.
• Strong understanding of sterile techniques and surgical protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations with a focus on patient safety.
