Responsibilities:

• Assist in cardiovascular surgical procedures, ensuring proper instrumentation and equipment are readily available.
• Maintain a sterile field and follow all surgical protocols to ensure patient safety.
• Operate and troubleshoot specialized cardiovascular OR equipment.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Document procedures and maintain compliance with facility standards.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a CVOR setting.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
