Description: Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Telemetry RN (Registered Nurse) for an exciting travel assignment in Neptune, New Jersey. As a Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs and telemetry readings, providing continuous cardiac monitoring, and coordinating with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care. Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patients' conditions, including cardiac arrhythmias.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families about cardiac conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Telemetry nursing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
