Certified Surgical Tech – 13-Week Travel Contract in Utica, NY

We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Tech for a 13-week travel contract in Utica, New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled surgical tech with trauma experience to join a fast-paced surgical team and make a difference in patient care.

Job Details:

• Position: Certified Surgical Tech
• Location: Utica, NY (13501)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift:
  • 10-hour days, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 40 hours per week.
  • On-call 1 day per week, once a month on-call weekends.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience:
  • 2+ years of surgical tech experience required.
  • Trauma experience is essential.
• Certifications:
  • Surgical Tech certification (NBSTSA or NCCT).
  • BLS required.
• Specialties:
  • Experience in general surgery, robotic surgery (DiVinci), and OR-level care.
• Patient Population:
  • Pediatric through adult patients.
• Scrub Experience:
  • Must have scrub experience in a surgical setting.
• EMR:
  • Epic experience required.
