Surgical Technologist Needed in Syracuse, NY (13202)

Job Details:

• Start Date: 11/22/2024
• End Date: 1/30/2025
• Shift: Evening shifts for the Downtown OR; 8-hour shifts or a mix of 8’s and 12’s, 80 hours biweekly
• Requirements:
  • Must hold current certification and have a minimum of 3 years of recent OR experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center.
  • Must have experience with ortho, general, ENT, vascular, and GYN cases.
  • Preferred experience in teaching hospitals or acute care facilities of similar size to Upstate.
  • Strong communication skills, clean professional history, and pre-employment health clearance required.

This role is ideal for a seasoned Surgical Tech who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with expertise in general surgery and specialties such as orthopedics, neurosurgery, trauma, and vascular cases. First-time travelers considered with experience in equivalent-sized hospitals.
