Special Education Teacher (4 Openings)
Location: Gardner, MA
Grades: 6-8
Dates: Full School Year
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Position Details:

• Responsibilities:
• Provide pull-out and inclusion services for students in English Language Arts (ELA) and Math.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Adapt curriculum to meet the needs of students with varying learning styles and abilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.

• Caseload:
• Middle school students with diverse needs and abilities.

  Qualifications:
• Must hold a valid Massachusetts teaching license in Special Education.
• Experience working with middle school students preferred.
• Strong ability to differentiate instruction and collaborate with a team.

Interview Process:

• Step 1: 10-15 minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter.
• Step 2: 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District.
• Step 3: Offer typically within 24-48 hours after the virtual interview.
