Special Education Teacher

Position: Resource Teacher
Type: Full-Time

Caseload: Approximately 15 students

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resource Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students succeed and the skills to provide individualized support to meet their unique educational needs. The caseload will consist of about 15 students.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Develop and implement specialized educational plans.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure the success of each student.
• Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments to instruction as needed.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required).
• Previous experience working with students in a resource or special education setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
