Special Education Teacher

Job Summary: We are excited to announce openings for Special Education Teachers for grades 3-5 and grades 6-8. The ideal candidates will be passionate about fostering an inclusive learning environment and dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with varying needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum and instructional strategies.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting supports as needed.
• Communicate regularly with families and educational staff to ensure student success.
• Participate in professional development and training to stay current with best practices in special education.

Qualifications:

• LBS1 certification required.
• Experience working with students in grades 3-8 is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
