Special Education Teacher
Location: Webster, Massachusettes
Hours: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Special Education Teacher to support K-5th grade students in the Webster, MA area. This position will provide essential behavior building services to ensure that students are able to reach their full potential in both academics and daily life!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state regulations.
- Engage with families and provide guidance to support student development.
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts teaching license for Special Education (PK-12).
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of students and staff.
