We are currently seeking a Permanent Special Education Teacher to join our team and work with the district on a permanent basis. Job Description: As a Permanent Special Education Teacher, you will work closely with students, parents, and other educational professionals to create a supportive and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's unique needs.
• Adapt and modify curriculum to meet the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success.
• Monitor and assess student progress, making necessary adjustments to IEPs as needed.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student performance and progress.
• Provide a safe and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Special Education Teaching Credential.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Experience working with students with special needs in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with students with diverse learning needs.
