Special Education Teacher - Full-Time Position (2024-2025 School Year)
Location: Roslindale, MA

Soliant Education is currently hiring a full-time Special Education Teacher in the Roslindale, MA area for the 2024-2025 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment, providing specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs.

Position: Special Education Teacher
Caseload(s): 5th Grade

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts State teaching license with appropriate endorsements (Special Education or other related endorsements)
• Experience or specialization in Elementary Special Education preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Provide specialized instruction tailored to each student's learning style and needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other staff to support student success
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation
