• Valid MA state certification for Special Education

• Strong collaboration skills to work with general education teachers, administrators, and parents
• Ability to create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Classroom management skills and a passion for creating inclusive, supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students
• Provide specialized instruction and support in both resource and inclusion settings

• Maintain positive classroom behavior and a supportive learning environment
