Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver engaging and differentiated instruction in one-on-one and small-group settings
- Adapt curriculum to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities
- Collaborate with general education teachers and specialists to provide appropriate accommodations and modifications
- Regularly monitor and assess student progress, updating IEPs as necessary
- Maintain communication with parents and guardians regarding student goals and achievements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
