Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Deliver engaging and differentiated instruction in one-on-one and small-group settings
• Adapt curriculum to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers and specialists to provide appropriate accommodations and modifications
• Regularly monitor and assess student progress, updating IEPs as necessary
• Maintain communication with parents and guardians regarding student goals and achievements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making
