Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that align with students' unique learning needs and goals
• Deliver engaging and differentiated instruction tailored to students’ abilities in one-on-one and small-group settings
• Adapt curriculum and classroom activities to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure inclusion
• Collaborate with general education teachers and other professionals to provide accommodations and modifications
• Monitor and assess student progress, updating IEPs as needed to reflect changes in goals and objectives
• Maintain communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for individualized programming
• Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages academic and personal growth
