Pay: Hourly Rate up to $35 (based on experience and qualifications)
Required Degrees & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid Texas Special Education Teaching Certification.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on students' specific needs.
• Provide instruction and support to students with disabilities in both self-contained and inclusive settings.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and administrators to create and maintain effective support strategies.
• Use evidence-based teaching techniques to address academic, social, and behavioral goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional plans as needed.

Qualifications:

• Required Degrees & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid Texas Special Education Teaching Certification.

• Previous experience working with students with disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  Pay & Compensation:
• Hourly Rate: Up to $35 (based on experience and qualifications).
• Additional Compensation: Opportunities for increased pay with advanced certifications or relevant experience.
