Job Posting: Onsite Special Education Teacher – Elementary Caseload
Location: Geneva, MN
Position Type: Full Time – 40 hours per week
Caseload: Elementary, Resource Room (18 students)
Pay Range: $30-$40 per hour

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher for an onsite position in Geneva, MN. This is a full-time opportunity supporting an elementary caseload in a resource room setting with 18 students. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, and the selected candidate will work directly with students to help them achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support to students with a variety of disabilities in a resource room setting.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
• Monitor and track student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and other support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and other required documentation.
• Support the social, emotional, and behavioral development of students.

Requirements:

• Active Special Education Teacher Certification in Minnesota.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other educators, parents, and support staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with students with special needs.
