Special Education Teacher - Near Richfield, MN

Requirements:

Position Details:

• Location: Near Richfield, MN
• Job Type: School-based position
• Hourly Rate: Up to $35 per hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, during school hours

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Provide specialized instruction to students based on their IEP goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure student success
• Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor and track student progress, adjusting instruction as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (required)
• Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (required)
• Experience working with students with disabilities (preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable to meet students' unique needs
