We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in Minnesota. This is a full-time, onsite position focused on supporting elementary school students with special needs. Position Details:

• Caseload: 18 students
• Grade Level: Elementary
• Service Model: Resource
• Schedule: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and staff to support inclusive practices.
• Provide direct instruction and support in a resource setting.
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding student progress and goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license.
• Experience with elementary-level students and resource models is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
