Position Details:

• Hourly Rate: Up to $35 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students' needs
• Provide specialized instruction to help students achieve academic and behavioral goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments as necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (required)
• Massachusetts Special Education Teaching License (required)
• Experience working with students with disabilities (preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable to students' diverse learning needs
