About the Role:
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher for a full-time position in the Nazlini, AZ area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with K-6th grade students and a strong commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to foster student growth.
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Provide a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
• Utilize effective behavioral management techniques to support student success.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid state teaching license in Special Education.
• Experience working with K-6th grade students preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
