Job Title: Special Education Teacher  

Location: Lebanon, OR Area

Employment Type: Full-time (37.5 hours/week), onsite

Pay: $38-43/hour 

Caseload(s): Grades 6-8, Autism Classroom 
 

Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in the Lebanon, OR area for the 2024-25 school year. Job Details:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
• Valid Oregon Special Education Certification  
• Experience with autism and specific learning disabilities required
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Commitment to meeting the unique needs of students with disabilities
