We are seeking a qualified and compassionate educator to join our team. This is a full-time position in a learning support classroom, where you will make a meaningful difference in students’ academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students in a learning support setting.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success.
- Monitor and document student progress and make necessary adjustments to teaching strategies.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Pennsylvania teaching license in Special Education.
- Current Pennsylvania clearances (or willingness to obtain them).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a learning support or similar classroom is preferred but not required.
Compensation:
- Pay range: $30-$45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
