We are seeking a qualified and compassionate educator to join our team. This is a full-time position in a learning support classroom, where you will make a meaningful difference in students’ academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized instruction and support to students in a learning support setting.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success.
  • Monitor and document student progress and make necessary adjustments to teaching strategies.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Pennsylvania teaching license in Special Education.
  • Current Pennsylvania clearances (or willingness to obtain them).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a learning support or similar classroom is preferred but not required.

Compensation:

  • Pay range: $30-$45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Interview Process:
10-15 minute screening call with a Soliant Education  Recruiter
20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
