Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Special Education Teacher (SPED) to join a dynamic school district in Aurora, CO, for the 2024/2025 school year. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of students with special needs in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student.
• Provide specialized instruction in various educational settings, including inclusive and self-contained classrooms.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, school staff, and families to support student learning and development.
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies to meet evolving needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid Colorado teaching certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with students with disabilities is preferred.
