• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and specialists to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods to ensure each student’s success.
• Advocate for students’ needs and build strong relationships with families for a cohesive educational approach.

Qualifications:

• Valid teaching credential in Special Education.
• In-depth understanding of various disabilities and best practices for supporting students with special needs.
• Proven ability to create engaging, differentiated lesson plans.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide meaningful feedback.
