Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow

Our team of dedicated professionals works collaboratively to support the unique needs of each student, and we are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming school year.

Position Overview:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant Health, you will work with a mixed caseload of students across various grade levels, providing services to those with diverse speech, language, and communication needs. This is a full-time position for the entire school year, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for speech and language services.
  • Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting or with a pediatric population is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
