Soliant is looking to hire a Sign Language Interpreter in the Statesboro, Georgia area for the current school year for a local partner school district.
As an Educational Sign Language Interpreter, you will facilitate effective communication for students in educational settings.
Needed Credentials: Certification by the National Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID), or have a score of 3.5 or above on the Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA).
Preferred Skills: Experience interpreting in school-based, educational, or child-centered environments. Familiarity with educational terminology and protocols. Strong ability to adapt to various settings and styles of interpretation.
Compensation and Benefits: W2 contracted position for the 2024-2025 school year with potential for contract renewal
Benefits include health, vision, dental, and 401(k) for consistent part-time or full-time employees
Competitive and negotiable hourly rate based on experience
Range: $32 - $48/hour
