Caseload/Details: We are seeking dedicated SLPAs to join our team and support various campuses in the south and southeast regions of Houston. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on students' communication skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Work Type: Onsite only

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in the evaluation, treatment, and management of students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Implement treatment plans and activities as directed by the supervising SLP.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA license in the state of Texas.
• Associate degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
